LBB Custom Session - A 'choose your own adventure' for massage. Choose from all the add-ons and make your session your own. Please note, if you'd like deep tissue massage, cupping therapy is required. Every other session will be light to medium pressure.
- Cupping Therapy - kiss your chronic pain goodbye. Precise, deep work focused on releasing pain patterns and chronic tension using cupping, massage and movement. This in-depth and detailed work gets down to the root of the issue, promoting long lasting pain relief and healing.
- Facial Massage - dedicate some of your massage session to a luxurious facial massage, complete with warmed oil and a hot facial towel.
- Facial Reflexology ($60) - add on a facial reflexology session to your massage and get transported to another dimension. An additional 30 minutes will be added on to your session for extra relaxation and healing.
- Hot Oil Scalp Massage - dedicate some of your session to your scalp. Relax as hot oil is massage into your scalp and hair, creating luxurious softness and warmth. Bring a hat and make sure it's a wash day!

- A detailed plan of what to work on during our initial session
- Options! Aromatherapy, heat, hot towels, CBD, mentholated cream - the works!
- Check-ins during our session to make sure you are comfortable
- A quick check in after session
- For Neuromuscular Cupping Therapy - a scheduling plan - I ask for at least 6 sessions in the first 6 weeks to break pain patterns and allow the body to re-learn to be pain free.

2 TIMES A MONTH:
You need to reduce pain and would like to see results sooner rather than later, but aren't in severe, chronic pain. You'd love some deeper pain relief and relaxation, and want to feel the effects of the massage for longer. Highly recommended for clients who are mostly pain free day to day, with occasional issues popping up.
MONTHLY:
You want some maintenance work and temporary pain relief, but do not want to see any changes in your pain levels. You don't have chronic pain or tension, and don't need deep work. Your goal is focused more towards staying where you are.
