I accept Venmo, Zelle, GPay, cash, check or credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover). I do not carry change in the office, so please bring exact change. I do not give cash refunds from overpayment on a charge. If you have pre-paid for your appointment and need a refund, you will receive your payment in full minus the credit card processing fee (through Square).

I require 24 hours notice for cancelled appointments. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or no-show appointments will be charged the full price of the session. Clients should cancel using Acuity scheduling, email or text. If you do not receive a cancellation email from Acuity, your appointment has not been cancelled and you will be charged. If you have not pre-paid for your appointment, you will be emailed an invoice which will need to be paid before scheduling your next appointment. Late arrivals will not have their appointments extended.
